Gabriel co-founded Greenshank and leads the technical side of the business. His background is in environmental science, with a specialism in river science. Outside work, he's usually on a bike.

Kim runs the commercial teams at Greenshank. He spent 12 years running his own businesses before co-founding Greenshank with his brother, Gabriel. He's usually out hiking with his dog.

Mike takes schemes from inception through to credits ready for sale. His background is in environmental land management, and he's happiest out in wild places.

Bethel researches planning applications and qualifies prospective developers, then runs outreach to connect them with Greenshank's BNG and nutrient neutrality solutions. She likes playing pickleball.

Jake oversees Greenshank's land partnership agreements and BNG and nutrient credit sales to developers. He's a chartered surveyor with 35 years in house building, and windsurfs in his spare time.

Spencer works with landowners, developers and environmental organisations to deliver biodiversity net gain and nutrient neutrality projects. Outside work, he's most likely out for a run, in the garden, or with a good book. 

Shen sits between Greenshank and Nationally Significant Infrastructure Projects, structuring blended supply models to meet their requirements. His background is in large-scale landscape restoration. Away from work, he's either with his kids or on a DIY project.

Rob helps Greenshank's technical project managers deliver and deploy schemes across the country. He studied economics and spent six years in construction before moving into natural capital. He recently walked the South West Coast Path with his dog, in one go.

Declan works primarily on Greenshank's nutrient neutrality schemes, including its ditch management methodology. He studied geography at Bristol and spent six years in consultancy focused on nutrient neutrality and catchment management. He's a keen trail runner.

Sam leads marketing at Greenshank, having spent 20 years running games businesses based on The Lord of the Rings. He likes wandering around castles, generally in the rain.
