Shen sits between Greenshank and Nationally Significant Infrastructure Projects, structuring blended supply models to meet their requirements. His background is in large-scale landscape restoration. Away from work, he's either with his kids or on a DIY project.

NbS Project and Operations Manager

NbS Project and Operations Manager
Rob helps Greenshank's technical project managers deliver and deploy schemes across the country. He studied economics and spent six years in construction before moving into natural capital. He recently walked the South West Coast Path with his dog, in one go.

Declan Sealy

NbS Technical Project Manager
Declan works primarily on Greenshank's nutrient neutrality schemes, including its ditch management methodology. He studied geography at Bristol and spent six years in consultancy focused on nutrient neutrality and catchment management. He's a keen trail runner.
